Custom card print terms

These terms apply to any card you personalise and order through our Create Your Own Card tool. Please read them before you order. They sit alongside our main Terms of Service and Refund policy.

We print exactly what you design

Your card is printed to match the design shown in the preview at the point you add it to your basket: your photo, your text, the spelling, the layout, the border and the card size. We do not check, edit or correct your design before printing, so whatever is in the preview is what you will receive.

Please check your card before you order

Small mistakes are easy to miss and will be printed as they appear. Before you add your card to the basket, check the names, dates, spelling and punctuation, and check that your photo is positioned the way you want it. If you spot something after ordering, contact us as soon as you can and we will help where we still can, but once a card has gone to print we may not be able to change it.

Photo quality

Your card is only as good as the photo you upload. Photos that are low resolution, blurry, dark or heavily cropped can look noticeably worse in print than they do on a screen. Where a photo is likely to print poorly we will show a warning, and for very low resolution images we may not let you continue at a given size. The decision to go ahead within those limits is yours.

Colour

Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on your screen, because screens and printers reproduce colour in different ways. Some variation is normal and is not a fault.

Content you upload

By uploading a photo or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate material. We may decline to print anything that breaches these terms or our Terms of Service.

Returns and refunds

Because each custom card is made specifically for you, personalised cards are non-returnable and are not covered by the standard right to cancel that applies to off-the-shelf items. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the card itself. If your card arrives damaged or faulty, or the print does not match the design you approved, contact us and we will put it right. Full detail is in our Refund policy.

Getting in touch

If you have a problem with a custom order, email us at hello@gigglz.co.uk with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the issue, and we will get back to you.
