These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Gigglz website and buying from us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Gigglz

Gigglz is an online greeting card shop selling funny, cheeky and personalised cards through gigglz.co.uk.

Gigglz is the trading name of KHB Trading, operated as a sole trader business in England and Wales.

Using our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, interrupt or misuse the website or its services.

You must not attempt to interfere with the website, access systems you are not authorised to use, upload malicious code, or use the site in a way that could affect other customers.

Our products

Gigglz sells greeting cards, including personalised cards. Product images, colours and sizes are shown as accurately as we reasonably can, but minor differences may occur depending on screen settings, print process, paper stock and production method.

Our cards are printed to order, which means your card is produced once your order has been placed.

Personalisation and customer content

Where you personalise a card, you are responsible for checking the wording, spelling, recipient details and delivery details before placing your order.

You must not submit personalised content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may refuse, cancel or refund an order if we believe the personalised content is inappropriate, unlawful, technically unsuitable for production, or otherwise not acceptable for Gigglz.

If you send us feedback, card ideas, design suggestions or other creative input, you agree that we may consider and use those ideas without owing payment or credit, unless we have agreed something different with you in writing.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. Your order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it.

We may decline, cancel or refund an order if there is an error with pricing, availability, payment, delivery details, artwork, personalisation, suspected fraud or any other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order properly.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change product prices, delivery prices, offers and promotions from time to time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, unless there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payment is processed securely through the payment options available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes, offers and promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, minimum spends, product exclusions or usage limits.

We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery

Delivery options, prices, estimated timings, missing orders and delivery-related issues are explained in our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we clearly state otherwise. Production time and shipping time are separate, and delays can happen because of postal issues, courier disruption, bank holidays, severe weather, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our returns, cancellation and refund information is set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Most Gigglz cards are printed to order and may include personalisation. This means we do not normally accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted cards, change-of-mind purchases or mistakes entered during personalisation.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not supplied as ordered. UK rules require refunds where goods are faulty, not as described or do not do what they are supposed to do, while personalised or custom-made items are one of the categories where cancellation rights may be limited unless the item is faulty.

Availability and website errors

We try to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or fully up to date.

If we discover an error in product information, pricing, delivery information or availability, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you about an order already placed.

Intellectual property

The Gigglz name, logo, branding, website content, product images, card designs, copy, graphics and other materials belong to Gigglz or our licensors and must not be copied, reproduced, sold, modified or used without permission.

You may use our website for personal shopping purposes only. You must not scrape, copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party services

We use third-party services to help operate our website, process payments, print cards, fulfil orders, manage delivery and analyse website performance.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by your incorrect order details, your misuse of the website, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include postal or courier disruption, supplier issues, technology failures, strikes, severe weather, cyber incidents, changes in law, bank holidays or other unexpected events.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date shown at the top.

The terms that apply to your order are the terms in force when your order is placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights under the laws that apply where you live.
